Real World:
January is a tough time. You make all these promises to be healthy in the new year, but then again, it’s winter and it’s cold. And instead of being healthier, you want to go into hibernation sequence by eating loads of carbs and taking loads of naps. It is what my English teacher called an “Internal Struggle.”
